... Who was the bright guy who made the Crystal Court ceiling out of clear plastic with huge chunks of ice falling onto it from the top of the largest building in the state? They have to close off the entire court area whenever we get a moderate amount of snow so no one gets conked on the head with earthbound pieces of ice and plastic.
